Homework

Work done outside of sessions can be an important factor in making lasting change.  As a result, you may be asked to do “homework assignments”.  These will be collaboratively generated and agreed upon.  If you have difficulty doing these assignments please discuss this in session with your counsellor and together you can problem-solve ways around the difficulty.  Typically, the more you put into counselling, the more you get out of it.
